Roar of the Bear is a Solar Rocket Launcher you can get from the Iron Banner. It came back in Season 18. This weapon is great for dealing a lot of damage, perfect for taking out enemies in Crucible, Trials of Osiris, and even in PvE.
What's cool about it is the Skulking Wolf perk. If you get the final blow during the Hunt, your radar gets better, and you disappear from the enemy's radar. This gives you an advantage when you need it.
