Luna's Howl, that awesome Solar Hand Cannon, is back in the Into the Light update as part of the BRAVE stuff. It's a 140 RPM Precision Frame, so it's super accurate, handles great, and works well in PvP.
This Onslaught version has Indomitability. Basically, if you get final blows, you get Grenade energy with a Light subclass or Melee energy with a Darkness subclass. It's great if you like using abilities.
