Buy your way to getting the Eyasluna Hand Cannon with Skillboosters. This weapon is great for both PVE and PVP combat in Destiny. It returned in the Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack as a 140 RPM Adaptive Frame Stasis weapon.
With Skillboosters, you can get an Eyasluna with random perks, or one with the exact perks you want. The Rapid Hit and Kill Clip combo is a favorite, mostly with PVP fans.
Just tell Skillboosters what perks you're after, and their team will farm the final boss of the Grasp of Avarice dungeon. They'll keep at it until you get the perfect Eyasluna for your play style.
